I. Approve June 15th, 2021 Agenda: (M,S,C: JG, EB, unanimous. Another motion was made to amend the agenda by adding “G” in New Business. M,S,C: EB, JG, unanimous)

II. Approve May 18th, 2021 Minutes: (M,S,C: JG, EB, unanimous)

III. New Business

A. 2021-22 Lease Aid (M,S,C to authorize the chair to sign agreement for the amount of $525,600.00. EB, JG, unanimous)
B. 2021-22 Facilities Manager Contract with NSCS (M,S,C to approve the contract in the amount of $42,915.73. JG, EB, unanimous)
C. 2021-22 Draft Budget (M,S,C to amend and approve the draft budget. EB, JG, unanimous)
D. Motion to approve May 2021 bank statements and reconciliation (M,S,C: JG, EB, unanimous)
E. Motion to approve of June 2021 check run sub totaling $38,917.16 that includes check numbers 1726 – 1732, the June mortgage payment of $22,856.75, ACH
Quickbooks payment of $70.00. (Josh will look into boiler insurance. M,S,C to approve. EB, JG, unanimous)
F. Motion to approve of June 2021 Quickbooks journal entry report provided. (M,S,C: JG, EB, unanimous)
G. Property Rental (Discussed grounds rental to the community. Phil will reach out on this and get back to the board. This will be moved to the July meeting in old business)
