Elementary School Counselor starting Fall 2026: North Shore Community School (PK-6) is seeking a 0.6 time counselor. The appropriate four-year degree with a license from the Minnesota Department of Education is necessary.

The licensed school counselor is responsible for providing a school counseling program that includes: scheduled whole group sessions with classes, and providing individual and small group targeted sessions to support the social and emotional well-being of students. Other responsibilities include tracking absences, contacting parents, intervening during crisis situations, serving as the building 504 coordinator and District Homeless Liaison, and other duties as assigned. Familiarity with Responsive Classroom preferred.

Part-time Administrative Assistant starting Fall 2026:

Administrative Assistant: Hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, two to three days a week when school is in session. Additional days during the summer, and the start and end of the school year. Full-time Food Service Assistant starting Fall 2026

A full-time (6.5 hours) food service assistant needs a high school diploma and the ability to stand for extended periods.  Hours are from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. This position includes benefits.
